Eye protection
Nothing’s going to get in your eyes now!
In metalworking and woodworking workshops, doctors’ surgeries and laboratories, something can easily get into your eyes. Workers in these environments should therefore protect themselves with the right eye protection against splinters, dirt, dust, chemicals and light in order to preserve their eyesight. Glasses, shields and visors ensure that the risk of eye injury is minimised. Depending on what other personal protective equipment is required, eye protection should be chosen that can be combined with a helmet, ear defenders or a mask. And to ensure that eye protection is worn consistently, you should also choose a style of goggles that fits the shape of your head, is neither too big nor too small, and does not slip out of place whilst working.
